Winning more than 20 international dance championships, Shawn and Gladys Tay is Asia most celebrated dance instructors, judge and dance curator.

As the IDSF ( International Dance Sport Federation) presidium member, Shawn is the Singapore's national coach for dancesport and received the Singapore Sports Council's Coach Recognition Award for three consecutive years from 2004 to 2006.

In 2007, Gladys Tay was awarded the prestigious Coach Recognition Award by the Singapore Sports Council and was selected by the International DanceSport Federation (IDSF) to be the head judge of 2008 Eurovision Dance Contest held in Glasgow, UK. She was the dance consultant, instructor and choreographer behind the movie Dance of the Dragon and she is currently the national coach for the Singapore dancesport team and a well sought after dance consultant and choreographer for events and performances.
